Greyhound Racing is an interactive game developed by Atlas-V. The player's objective is to predict the outcome of the initial round.
Before the round begins, the game accumulates the competitors' historical data and automatically offers odds for their success or placement. This process also influences how the odds change during the game.
How does it work:
6 greyhounds are participating during each round. The player should bet before the start of the round, maximum of 30 tickets per player. Bettings become available after the end of the previous round. The player has the opportunity to choose all the outcomes for the offered greyhound in a single round.
The Main Bets
WIN BET - Choose only one greyhound to win the race; if your selection wins, you win!
PLACE BET - Choose one greyhound, and it needs to finish first OR second to claim some winnings!
SHOW BET - Choose one greyhound , and it needs to finish first OR second, OR third to claim some winnings!
Example: The player has bet 100 and chosen greyhound number 2 (odds of 7.6) and number 6 (odds of 3.5). In this case, the system will charge 200, and 2 different coupons will be created with the corresponding odds and outputs.
Exacta Bets
Here you need to choose the greyhound that will finish first AND second in the correct order to claim your winnings!
To place a bet, you need to select the outcome of the selection in the basic bets section by pressing the button of the coefficient offered for the given greyhound.
Then specify the amount of the bet and press the bet button. In the left part of the screen, the player will see the bets already made in the form of tickets for the upcoming round.
If the player has selected several outcomes in the same round, the system multiplies the number of selections by the bet amount and creates several tickets with different results.
In the additional bets section, only the odds of the winning greyhound are announced; after choosing, the player must also indicate his prediction for the 2nd place, the odds of which are determined by the system based on the game formula. The odds of the two athletes are formed according to a formula to form the main high multiplier the player sees in the bet bar before placing a bet.
How Greyhound Racing Odds Works
Greyhound racing odds work as a probability mechanism, showing you the theoretical likelihood of a greyhound winning ahead of the rest of the field.
Straightforward 'win' bets are simple and are the best way to begin your racing betting experience.
Transparency and fairness are provable: the player can ensure these game qualities.
Note: If a disconnection occurs after an active game round and your bets are accepted by the server, the game will proceed as expected, and any winnings will be processed according to the game result regardless of the disconnection.
ABOUT FAIRNESS
Before the start of a round, the players are provided with a “Hash Code*” - an encrypted text combination “Key*”. Here is the numbers of the first 3 dogs that came to the finish line.
The outcome of the game is determined not at the moment of the game, but in advance for current round, and is given to the players in coded form.
For example, “Hash (Hash) code *” 3586ED7EECC3AEA 4A6AC4A359D96E5CF30BBC47E24ED9E030066D7C7DE6C82B1F1376122E35B5165342F27243E1BE5B46B31F2A5D97E6DE26E0E4A6202DF3CDD.
After the end of a round, the players are provided with a “Key*” and an additional input parameter for getting the “Hash Code*” - “Salt*” Using them, every player can copy and encrypt this combination to see that the encrypted “Key * “ corresponds to the “Hash code *” previously determined by the system. This ensures that the outcome of the game is determined not at the moment of the round, but previously, before playing a round.
What is “Salt*” - it is a random sequence of letters and numbers, For instance: e20d4c76c654.
What is “Key*” - a text combination of four parameters 1. Round Id 2. The result of the round 3. Wording “GreyhoundRacing” 4. A random sequence of letters and numbers After the end of a game, the player will see the Key in his betting history as follows: Round ID (for example, 3013185); the greyhounds numbers (for instance: dogs_5_1_2): the name of the game - GreyhoundRacing, and a random sequence of letters and numbers - ca50e5af-9fd6-46fc-bafa-5cfa21d2602e, followed by the “Key*”, which in this case is - 3013185_dogs_5_1_2_GreyhoundRacing_ca50e5af-9fd6-46fc-bafa-5cfa21d2602e.
If we encrypt the “Key*” via the “Salt*” (for example, 2b4545ed5a) using the SHA512 generator, we’ll get the defined Hash code. 3586ED7EECC3AEA4A6AC4A359D96E5CF30BBC47E24ED9E030066D7C7DE6C82B1F1376122E35B5165342F27243E1BE5B46B31F2A5D97E6DE26E0E4A6202DF3CDD.
To get a hash code you can click on check icon in Result section and perform the check. You can get the encryption “Key*” and “Hash Code*” below or check on any online server that has a generator SHA512 With Salt.
